To an FFL maybe, but not to your front door you haven't

Certain firearms may be delivered directly to a resident

No they can not, unless you're referring to Black Powders, which are not legally considered firearms but are considered antiques.

There are firearms that aren't black powder covered under C&R, and they ARE still firearms, you need a license to have them shipped.

That's only to FFL holders, a regular person can not have any firearm shipped to their front doors.

For example, a Mosin is considered a C&R. You can have a fucking Mosin delivered to your door if you have a C&R license, which is usually about $30

Again, C&R is a subsection of an FFL license, not just anyone can have a gun ordered to their door.

Are you too stupid to read? Do we need to do an audio recording and play it to you so you understand it? In America you need to hold a Federal Firearms License (most of the time given to gunsmiths/gunstore owners) to have a gun shipped to you.

In Canada you do not. I can say that on Vocaroo for you if you want.

(B9) May a nonlicensee ship a firearm by carrier?
A nonlicensee may ship a firearm by carrier to a resident of his or her own state or to a licensee in any state.

A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. In addition, Federal law requires that the carrier be notified that the shipment contains a firearm and prohibits common or contract carriers from requiring or causing any label to be placed on any package indicating that it contains a firearm. [18 U. S. C. 922( a)( 2)( A) and 922( e), 27 CFR 178.31]
Can't argue with primary sources, dumbass.

Chill dude.
My point was that you can definitely have firearms delivered to your door in America. C&R was a perfect example.

Also, quick question. Are you able to cut your own receiver so you don't have to register your gun, after it's built, in Canada?
