the issue is hes not saying anything like that. he isnt buying a drug thats over priced and dropping it to the point the company will go bankrupt. imagine that kind of outrage. buy a publicaly traded pharmeceutical company and run it into the ground and watch as the shareholders panic. but everyone still gets what they need

Depends on what you're shot with, shitty 9s to the torso don't really leave exit wounds

There's blood. It just doesn't show up on camera. Blood takes time to leak through to the clothes.

It's a common misconception that as soon as someone is shot, blood splatters everywhere.

9mm has more knock down power than that, it looked like the guy took at least 2 or 3 shots, 1 or 2 to the midsection point blank...if it was 9mm he would have died on the ground right there...

You get shot that many times there's bound to be at least a little splatter... but there's not one drop.

I disagree, The remakes focus on different conflicts that the Major had because of her different origin such as her identity crisis and how she built her relationships with her crew in the early years which the shows and movies never really touched on much.

Yeah, the remakes did show the formation of Section 9 and a younger Kusanagi, but they were still mostly action driven plot. They didn't bring up as many interesting concepts and provoke thought as the original series and movies did.

Don't get me wrong, they're still quality productions and entertaining enough in themselves. They fit well in this phenomenal franchise, but they feel more like add-ons than anything. Still, Arise is a good fix for someone who devoured the originals, and it's a good draw for entrants into the series, though I'd still recommend going through Ghost in the Shell and "Stand Alone Complex" first.
