My mother has MS, Polycistic Ovaries, and is practically bedridden. I have a back injury and heart issues from stress when I was in the military, and can't stay active long without collapsing. We are lovers of everything butter-based, and eat very rich foods most of the time. I am 115lbs at 6'0", and I am well-toned all over. My mother is 170 at 5'6", has not gained a single pound since her surgeries/hospital stay. A lot of the fat victim mentality prevents effective weightloss/sustainability, and thus your mind makes you fat. Which is not to say it isn't your fault if you are fat, because it is. It's all about where your mind is and what you do to fix it. My ex was 190 after we split, and has since lost 50 pounds because she was tired of being a fat cunt. So now she's just a cunt.

Point being, health issues can negatively impact your weight, there is no doubt about it. But if she were to be telling the truth about her daily regimen, she'd be fuckable in short order.

I know a lot of girls with poly cystic ovaries and it really does pile on the pounds, i know medication can do the same.

Although, i know one girl with poly cystic ovaries who works out alot and she's really thin and healthy.

So she's more inclined to becoming overweight, yes. But she can still become a healthy weight if she really wanted to.

You don't give much but it is possible for pills and disease to contribute to obesity. The thing about her working out is that she probably means 10-20 minutes of walking till she gets tired. That being sad at 290+ its more likely to be due to poor diet and exercise than the pills and conditions she has. If I were her id consult a doctor about appropriate exercises that do not cause her any kind of pain.
