Khan Academy is probably your best choice. Just power through there when you're bored and leave any other website blocked.
(Warning: It's boring as hell. Again, keep everything blocked so it's your only option for entertainment on the internet.)

Math-U-See is different... More of a "Buy this set and watch the DVD at home!" type thing... Definitely meh, although it gives more of a school feeling.

As for Grammar and Mechanics...
I would suggest finding an online forum to be part of, and only use proper grammar.
A few years back I was addicted to this website/ game called "Incredibots".
I knew so much about the game they allowed me to be a moderator. However, to be a moderator you must use proper grammar.
Grammar flows with ease once you start conversing more on the internet and take time to review each sentence before posting.
(For instance. It's taken me at least 8+ minutes to type this up. I want it all to flow correctly as it's stated in my mind, and making sure it doesn't have any mistakes.)

As for mechanics...
I'll be completely honest here; Mechanics don't matter.
Once you continuously improve your speech online, you'll start to notice how things should sound or how things should flow.
After a while it'll come down to what 'sounds the best'.

TL;DR
Use Khan Academy as much as possible
Converse more online with proper grammar in mind

My family and I travel around quite a bit, being in one place for two weeks is along time. And yes this site has proven to be a distraction so how do you block sites?

Woah, that is a lot of travelling.

I simply block websites with Avast Anti-Virus, although there are many ways of doing so.
Maybe Google it if you don't have an anti-virus/ custom firewall that allows you to block sites.
