You can still win presidency after conceding to your opponent.

Conceding or not conceding doesn't have any legal power though. It's just a political courtesy. The legal authority for determining the outcome of an election is the Constitution.

Of course, I don't think there's ever been a case where someone conceded defeat and then won.
