You seem agreeable but there was a sentence that struck me as odd.
"The blame is in our courts system which is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty but has become guilty until proven innocent."
Could you elaborate on that?
You did inspire me to do one thing though: Find the rate of declining crime and compare it to the rate of increasing violent crime.

I had to many points to elaborate haha. My point was that the police are using proactive tactics to get drugs and criminals off the streets, the problem with this is that our system is founded upon mass incarceration and deterrence. The leading thought was that people actively and consciously decide to do crime so harsh penalties should be the answer. Today, we understand that there are many more factors that can attribute to criminality. With these two combined, mass incarceration tears up communities by taking away money earning workers from their families and reintroducing them years later with no form of income. if you're really interested look up Todd R. Clear and his theory of coercive mobility, that's where I'm pulling a lot of this information from. Of course, these are just generalizations. There are certainly assholes out there that deserve to rot in cells for the rest of their miserable lives, but I believe the vast majority can be rehabilitated considering over half of our prison population (the U.S. has the largest incarcerated population in the world by far by the way) is behind bars on drug charges.
