When I was in high school it was always one of these. There was a donut shop right down the road that sold them for like 79 cents or something, so you'd see at least three or four different people with these just sitting on their desk. Sometimes they'd be unopened till near the end of the day

Chris Sanders' art, he has a large habit of drawing thick women. And yes, he does the occasional nude art as well.

OPM is poor and cant afford it, hence why "one banana in the morning is fine" because he cant afford much food

No fucking purpose... and people that believe that are idiots. I'm not professional athlete but I been in fitness many years and one of the dumbest things I hear is when people think that being balls to walls hot or cold is going to help you become a better athlete or get better results. The short answer to this; hot or cold weather is in no way going to make you do any of those things better.

I agree with bacon; it hardens the mind, puts you in that "warrior" mindset maybe. But at the end of the day, you are best off training in an atmosphere that is comfortable and tolerable to you, so you can focus solely on your workout and give your exercises their very best. Not only that, but some say it's stupid in general to play games with your bodies temperature regulating systems by training or resting in excessively hot/cold environments.

I also trained in martial arts many years, and used to train in a very hot dojo on 90+ degree days with only fans blowing. I have to say, I fucking hated it. I didn't make me any tougher; if anything, it made me miserable, exhausted, and it bothered my asthma. I'd rather train in a comfortable, air conditioned room.

AC is expensive and he was on a budget.
It was to rationalize by being positive.

I think the idea was to increase tolerance to heat/cold... like how you can reasonably expect Australians to freeze in the Canadian summer, and Canadians to melt in the Australian Winter.
#81 - ppat (06/13/2016) [-]
Or I should say you burn carbs faster not specifically fat
#80 - ppat (06/13/2016) [-]
Actually when your in cold temperatures and doing cardio you actually do burn fat quicker
But if you operate in the heat your just burning water weight and dehydrating yourself because yoit gonna be sweating like crazy
I saw a guy training for a triathlon collapse from heat exhaustion because he was running while wearing garbage bags

I'd skip eating vegetables if it meant running the heat during the winter. Gets down to 30 or 40 below here for weeks on end.
