it could ben you never know, many "talented painters" werent considered talented at all, they had no education in art or attended art schools and were considered very avant guard at the time they created their master pieces, take van gogh he was a stuggling painter who didnt sell ANY of his pieces when he was alive, but yet you consider his stary night talent, can you see how it starts to contradict itself?

who are you to define what art is? there is a reason why there were so many movements away from neoclassicism but it was for the chance to express what the artist was feeling, we would have never have gotten such great artists as picasso, dali, frida and polluck etc and things like the baus house if it werent for people like op expressing what they felt through they're art, just because its something you dont like, dont label it as not art

So, If I want to be creative and express myself I can do that by gluing legos to a stick and selling it for 3,000$? No, art means talent. I don't care if you want to "express" yourself, it doesnt mean your art will be good. I miss shit like the Mona Lisa and Stary Night. THATS ART.
