eh well here in the South East you mainly seem them in a seasonal sense. During holidays and breaks where drinking is common place. i.e. new years, spring break, etc.

check sobriety and if they have reason they can search, but more often than not they usually have so many people at those things they will let you go. However, if your drunk/stoned they will arrest you and likely search your car.

Sure, he makes good tv. But only by being edgy and shocking/offensive. I don't agree with his views. He's said some derogatory things about the Welsh, and not just on top gear, on his own accord. And what he did was totally out of order. Again, why do people stick up for him when he's In the wrong? It's the same logic as those people who defend their family members who are In prison for murder "please free my bae, he didn't try to kill them."
