I know this is one of those "and then everybody stood up and clapped" stories that most people won't believe, but we had two kids regularly cheating on tests by tapping out morse code to each other in highschool. Not loud, and they were near each other, so it wasn't obvious. I know morse because of my dad, but I wasn't really the kind of kid to rat them out.
The teacher caught on mid-way through the first quarter and tapped 'see me after class you two' on her desk. One kid just huffed and turned in his test, the other sat there for a couple minutes and then started sobbing. I wanted to tap out 'busted' or something, but I didn't want to teacher to think I was involved (or realize that I'd known all along.)

They're just as stupid as the feminists, believing in made up horse shit. She's so fucking annoying all I want to do is back her head against the car, have some hobo rape her, then cut her stomach open and hang her up by her own intestines as an example for those cunts.

I haven't looked into this and it's probably a dumb question, but do they actually have any shred of right to do this? Like is free inhabitant an actual thing or is it just a bunch of (most likely) legally retarded people who think it's a thing? I only ask because I would lose my mind if I ever heard of this girl suing the cop and winning.

As far as I know, it references the Articles of Confederation, which is the no-longer-applicable precursor to the Constitution. She may as well be saying that under the laws imposed by George III apply to her; it's the same time period and very equally not relevant to the US.
#155 - ellojello (02/02/2016) [-]
No, my comment >#150 has the full text of the section of the Articles of Confederation that she is referencing. All it did was let Free Inhabitants (i.e. not slaves) travel between states unimpeded. It made the States into the first Union which behaved more like the EU does today rather than the USA we know now. The USA we know now was established by a new Constitution in 1789 which completely superseded the AoC, so she is referencing something that isn't even in place now anyway.

No. 100% No, I don't remember why precisely but the gist of it is that waaaaaaay back with the constitution or something, there where something called "Free inhabitants" who could travel between the states and trade freely without being part of any single state, however the something something has since made parts (or all of the consitution) completely irrelevant (legally speaking)

Just Right Wing.
#43 - anon (02/02/2016) [-]
problem with this is......laws protecting them is also not applied. So technically you can rob or injure a free inhabitant and the police have no obligation to help them. works both ways
#154 - anon (02/02/2016) [-]
Not dissimilar to the concept of "Outlaws"
