Haha sorry. Its not optimal to be working each muscle group once a week (bro split) unless you're on steroids (gear). Working each muscle group twice a week using PHAT, PPL, PHUL, etc (google those) is the optimal way to build muscle. If your goal is strength, as in powerlifting, something like SS is a good way to go.

I was considering buying on of these things to put under the bar and use as a grip. That way your hands are parallel and it's more stable.

And the platform allowed me to have a greater ROM and it didn't seem to hit my chest or groin as much, so I was able to focus on the actual weight more easily.

If you buy one of those, make sure the bottom is a sharp corner haha. My gym has them but the corner where the handles meet is rounded like a dowel so it's useless for Tbar rows. But try the ropes. Keeping them even isn't a problem and you get much more ROM

I've been really hitting my traps with high bar snatch pulls and lawnmower pulls. I've considered doing T-bar rows, but I'm already doing two row variations on my back days.

I switch between higher rep rows and then lower rep pendlay rows every 6 weeks or so.

Then high rep, heavy dumbbell rows or Kroc rows are amazing as well.
