I thought of that ones too... I'm using Hyper 212+ and I dind't went any further with the OCing because my temps started to get pretty high...

As far as air cooling goes, I've heard plenty of good things about some coolers that will out-perform some of the water ones (noctua nh-d14 comes to mind). I just figured though that the water would be quieter than the air ones, which is something I'm very paranoid about because I rarely use headphones.

you're probably right, I'm on a 2500k at 4.6 and have yet to find a single program that uses more than like 35%. Even when I'm livestreaming sc2 it maxes at 50%

No, it probably does, just not to the point where games become unplayable. If you switched over to something better, you'd probably see a healthy fps boost, but if it's running fine then what's the point?
