"How would you address the fact that anyone set to testify against her mysteriously dies before doing so? "
It's suspicous sure for a few of them. Some are a little far fetched like the small time conspiracy theorist that offed himself that a lot of people point to. But you'd have to find proof which nobody can do. I will give it to you that it makes her look really bad in the race when that sort of stuff happens.

"And the director of the FBI said himself that he is sure she committed the email scandal knowingly but still didn't recommend charging her."
On this one I watched the entire hearing with congress in which he delivered the results of the investigation.
The common misconception here is that the FBI was searching for anything that would be considered illegal or could fire her. The FBI was doing to investigation for a single purpose, to find criminal intent to distribute classified documents. They didn't find any attempt by her to distribute the documents to enemies foriegn or domestic.
The issue now is that she did fuck up and she was accused of gross neglegence by the FBI. The case is not over yet and now she is another agencies problem. It would have been outside the FBIs juristiction to take action against her for something they weren't investigating her for. It is in the hands of the DOJ to decide what internal punishment she would recieve for being incompetent.

Though the new information about the emails that were hidden from the FBI may lead to problems, prejury at least.

"Anyone in the military would have been charged for less."
This is true. But she is not beholden to the UCMJ. She's a civilian just like you or I and can't be held to laws that do not apply to her. Under military justice I could (very heavy on the could here because it is highly unlikely to happen just that technically it can) be executed for leaving my post at work without recieving permission from my superior.

And all military personnel that were accused of the same act that Hillary is have only ever recieved military punishments for said act.

"She isn't playing by the rules."
Which ones? She hasn't tried to impair the investigators in any way outside of what is perfectly acceptable within the rights given to us by the constitution. The only rule I can think of that she may have broken is the new stuff about the emails but that hasn't come to fruition yet.

"The fact that she hasn't even gone to trial over anything is proof enough."
No it's not. And she hasn't gone to trail because of internal investigations and the FBI investigations. Most people take years before they get to trial. Also if she were to be found guilty now Obama would just pardon her.

As I said. If no court of law finds her guilty then she still falls under innocent until proven guilty. I think this is pretty similar to the Trayvon Martin trial in that people are rendering a verdict before the trial as even finished. That's not how the legal system works and trying to get around it just because the person on the other end of the gun is your political opponent is kinda fucked up.

Ok. I will ask the question I ask everytime I hear this. Where is the court case and who is the judge that delivered a guilty verdict. If she hasn't been proven guilty in a court of law then she is just as free of those claims as anyone else. I fucking hate her but I refuse to step over the line of innocent until proven guilty without actually seeing her proven guilty. The closest I think she has come is the DNC did some morally questionable stuff but at the end of the day that is a private entity and they actually have the right to put whoever they want as candidate.

But she released her taxes and they were fine.
#41 - Elemental (09/19/2016) [-]
I'm not talking about paying her taxes, I'd talking about her rigging elections, divulging classified material and literally taking bribes. All things she's been proven to have done and nothings been done about it.
