Part of that is probably going to be an angle thing, I do tons of close grip pull downs. My back accessories consist of Barbell Rows (from Bent Rows, to Pendlay Rows), close grip pull downs, and wide grip cable rows. Obviously the most developed part of my back is my lumbar erectors, but that's because I'm a super back dominant deadlifter.

Not exactly 1 rep per set... rather just one, long set of 10 reps with some breaks in between them. IDK if that is the proper way to count them.

Also, I'm far more afraid of my back/legs failing on an overloaded squat than a deadlift... guess I can try with 60-70 kilos on the barbell for starters

Another question what is the best way to increase strength? I heard adding 5 lbs to core lifts every week or something like that?

Adding strength is another beast and can vary. Some people like to do high reps and add on 5-10 pounds each week for the rep range. Others will do warm up sets and do doubles and triples, or singles, to build strength.

Well at the minute I'm taking it easy after being out of training for a while so i'm waiting for my numbers to go up again - I've just finished a strength training phase too

My max lifts so far are 160 x3 on DL, 120 x3 back squat, and 105 x1 bench

But yeah i'm fairly new, only been training close to a year now

Those aren't to bad for the time and for getting back into training. I'm sure if you keep on it, you can add 20-30KG to each of those lifts by the end of the year.
