just because there are a lot of strong as fuck dudes out there does not mean it's easy to get strong as fuck.
i'm really curious as to what your lift stats are and how long you've been working out at the gym for. would you mind sharing?

Been working out for about 5 - 5.5 years.
Can deadlift 550lbs, bench 350, squat 385. Those are the only lifts I actually try to improve on. Don't ask me technical shit, I don't really look into the best strategies of working out, I mostly just go to the gym and do reps, never really gained much knowledge about it
And I'm not necessarily saying it's "easy" just that it's not some crazy thing that hardly anyone can do.
And honestly it wouldn't even take that much dedication for someone weak to work out enough to the point they can do it too.

that's an awesome bench. how much do you weigh?
do you consider 5-5.5 years "little dedication"? if someone weak can over head press 260 lbs after working out with "a little dedication" then by that logic your lifts should be much higher than what they are right now.

I weigh about 245 lbs, fluctuates a few pounds here and there.
Nah it's not, but I don't think someone would have to do that much to do the 260lb head press.
I don't know, forget i said anything I guess, my main point was that it's not like we are seeing someone lift a car over their head.

i see. yeah i'm sorry to get so defensive. i often see people making comments on here when they are in no place to be and it really irks me.
one of my close friends is training me right now and i've seen the work he puts in at the gym. at 163 lbs his dead lift is 500lbs, bench 285, and he recently hit a 415 squat. at his weight these are some pretty good lifts and he recently placed second in a power lifting competition.
he's been body building for about 3 years and just started power lifting recently starting last year. and even with these lifts his over head press is no where near 260 lbs and he trains it just as much as every other lift.

Yeah, I'm pretty large height and weight, so my numbers aren't as impressive for me, I also do a lot of cardio and other workouts so my main focus isn't just lifting.
I only got into real lifting about a year ago when I was inspired by "the mountain" on game of thrones, since I'm almost his height I wanted to be as huge as him
