in my opinion school should be a choice, I graduated college and look at me now, a job that doesn't even require high school

Well , school is a choice , yes i get what you are saying . It's socially and economically required by many people . But in the end , it's a choice. Literally speaking you are not being obligated to attend.

4 year business degree, janitor at the business I was trying to become a manager of ;-;

That's one degree I have basically no knowledge of. It's a popular degree though, really popular, and that honestly might be your problem. Hard to stand out when something like a fifth of college graduates have the same degree, you know?

But honestly, your predicament is really common. Only like 30% of college grads end up in a job in their major straight out of school. Obviously you'll just have to keep looking for a job (as I'm sure you're already doing). Or just get used to being a janitor
