NICE! Look into Crossfit if you want to increase your cardio endurance for the running and situp section. I'm prior Army and going into Navy ROTC right now and it has helped big time

We also had a Nasty Girl detachment deploy just about 3 weeks ago from Louisiana here, should be back in November.

Sounds like you're right on track and good to go. Crossfit can be scaled down to whatever level you would like to be at, but it all depends on your trainers too. Our box has AMAZING trainers, one prior army ranger and one Gunny Sgt.

Deff agree about the Officer program. I'm shooting for Naval Aviation and will hopefully be getting my name on the side of a Hornet some day.

Good job. I just pushed in another piece of lasagna. Didn't think i could do it, it was touch and go there for a minute, but thanks to your post, i felt inspired to accomplish my goal too.

Try doing them slower and more controlled for better results doesn't matter if you cant do the same amount of reps.
