Yeah!
#1. Start off slow. Just ease in fruits and veggies and ease out of the SAD diet (Standard american diet).
#2. Cut out dairy and animal products slowly also.
#3. Hemp, Soy, and Almond milk are good alternatives.
#4. cut out sodas, sugary drinks, etc. Make sure to drink lots of water and unsweetened teas. (I like herbal teas.)
#4. The first week or so you will detox. be prepared for possibly a cold, aches, headache,etc. This is just the toxins and chemicals leaving your body.
#5. Eat lots of greens.
#6. Don't use a lot of oil. It is pure fat.
#7. exercise after you detox.
#8.Eat lots of berries. (They prevent cancer and dementia)
#9. Make lots of soups and salads and store them.
#10. always check ingredients before you buy things. Don't buy many processed foods, Don't buy food with oil,sugar,etc. Although you can have Tofu and many fake meat products.

It is true. There are so many gross chemicals and **** in food and drinks now-a-days.
