Same here. especially with the ME-series. I always play them all 3 in one playtrough. And i play all day...   
And then... it's all over. That first moment of joy for beating this awesome trilogy, soon makes place for a bad feeling. It's like a part of your life just ended. And you don't know how to deal with it...

What happens to me is that I immerse myself in games fully, spend a lot of time doing each little possible bit, exploring and reading everything.

And then I get bored/tired after a long time of such playing and end up taking a long break before the end.

0,5-1 year later I come back to the game with good memories and realize I forgot everything and cba to finish it.
