Parkour is basically the same thing without a bike, and I do that because, among other things, it removes the barriers you set for yourself.

This is filmed on Bridgehough Road, on the East side of the stone foot bridge
going over the River Forth in Stirling (Scotland), close to where the Battle of Stirling
Bridge was fought (a small plaque commemorates this further down from where this was filmed). This is just off Causewayhead and John Forty's Court, a block of student accommodations where I am currently typing this. I cross this bridge to work a lot.
