I hate to be Mr. Conspiracy but I just learned this...

"As Congress holds a much-anticipated hearing on gun control, there was a disturbing reminder that gun violence in America never takes a break. It's been reported that Hadiya Pendleton, a 15-year-old girl from Chicago, was gunned down on Tuesday, just days after she performed with her school band at President Obama's inauguration. Pendleton — an honors student, volleyball player, and majorette at King College Prep — was shot at a park just blocks away from her school."

Out of all possible Chicago residents, out of a group on 12 other kids, at that exact moment in a park just a few blocks from school, a lone gun man opened fire, hitting and eventually killing recent public figure that played in the school band at the presidential inauguration? And of course, the gun man is not yet found...

And all this just before a political hearing that could possibly decide the future of our gun laws?

Too many coincidences for me. This does not feel right in my gut.

A shooting is not out of the ordinary in Chicago. What is out of the ordinary is the victim and time and place of the shooting.

i see your point, but i dont think the shooter intentionally did it during the gun meeting. The news said it was a case of mistaken identity on the part of the gunman but you never know anythings possible

i'm really just starting to ignore everything you say.

Why is that? Most of my information is factual.
This just happens to be speculation. But what exactly is wrong with coming to such a conclusion?
You are all quick to judge, but never really give a reason why my opinion might be inaccurate.

every one of these conspiracy theories can be easily shot down.
it's not even worth it to me to argue about it.
government is inherently evil, but i'm not going to believe it's to the point of killing children, or really anyone for political gain.

Not familiar with Operation Northwoods..? Of course you aren't.

oh yeah
perfect evidence that the government is killing people.
completely rejected, but whatever.
bet you think 9/11 was planned too?
User avatar #22524 to #22521 - eight (01/31/2013) [-]
Who cares if it was rejected. It is disturbing enough that the idea was even CONSIDERED. Doesn't that make you think? If it was considered once, it has been considered again.
And yes there is overwhelming evidence that 9/11 was staged.

Shit like this happens all the time, especially in Chicago. The media gives more attention to gun-related incidents now because gun control is such a hot issue. Are you insinuating that the government murdered that girl for political gain?
User avatar #22500 to #22499 - eight (01/31/2013) [-]
Yes that is what I am saying. There are too many coincidences that happened to line up just right.

I know Chicago is violent, I know murder is is far from being abnormal there. But too many coincidences in this scenario. It is fine if you don't believe me, but don't dismiss the idea just because I am calling it a government conspiracy. The government is not above sacrifice of their own citizens to push specific agendas forward.
