So funnyjunk I feel I must talk about something not the norm in light of all the political garb we could normally discuss. I don't think anyone knows the true meaning of equality. Sure feminist groups, the NAACP and other Racial based groups preach equality yet they still draw lines between races, gender, and creed. "Woman need equal rights just like men" Why draw that line? True equality is the ability to see past race, sex, and creed and see someone as a person not black, white, man, woman, christian, muslim. True equality is gray, not black and white. That is why I doubt equality will ever be achieved. Our species is so fixated on the idea of categorizing that we will always be like this. Thoughts?

Spot on. We as a society went from discriminating against everyone but white men to almost the polar opposite in very short amount of time. As prejudiced as it may sound, many of us have come to believe that if we're not in the majority, then we are somehow at a disadvantage and therefore deserve special privileges. This is the opposite of equality, and in many ways is just as bad racism or sexism.
