First, J sound does not exist in such form in Hebrew. Yehovah could be discussed as possible pronounciation, but Jehovah is out of question.
Second while there is a "dissention" on how its pronounced, its mostly because of religious not scientific reasons. Word did Iehowah did not exist until 11th century, all earlier mentions are Yahweh.
