The two pictures obviously aren't related, the fact that the wall that Justin Bieber was spraying on was curved and the one on the bottom is straight

theres always the chance it happened in multiple places, but that doesnt change how unlikely this is anyways. why do we need to know what beiber is doing anyways?

but u can see in both the pictures that there are concrete blocks in the middle of the street and the wall that bieber and the artist is waiting on is actually a ramp
It definitely could be the same

What you fail to realise is that Beiber makes anything near him massively bent

I don't know if "bent" is just a UK thing, so I'll explain that it means gay

Person from Colombia, reporting in.

This is true, the day after the local street artists where very upset because sometimes, for doing that the police kills tehm (No joke). Justin was even protected to make them, and they local mayor claimed that it was a nice way to express him self.
These artist where so upset that they even wrote to every person that could knew how to use a spray and told them to start painting all the walls, because it was "A nice way to express their selfs". For the next hours up to 100 artist from all the city where painting there, and the police could do nothing.

"Put as in Jail and we will make sure that you put that little asshole with us"

They did it not because Justin was the one that did it, just because they allowed him just because he is famous, like the rules are just for poor people.

Actually this is really bad, Im from colombia and in bogota street grafitty is actually ilegal, yet this guy came and paint our walls with the police agreement.

But it was good that he came, after that local grafitiers (sorry about my english) maked movement and started to paint graffity, and demanded the government that they also have the right.

Unlike Hollywood and the Media makes it look like, most cops aren't crooked.

Their superiors likely forbid them to arrest him due to the public blow back they would suffer from his fans. They had to obey or be fired.
User avatar #178 to #119 - toosexyforyou (11/10/2013) [-]
Uhhh dude why would they arrest him for it when it isn't illegal?

"Graffiti isn't legal in Bogotá"

It's illegal. This crime is most widely known as vandalism.

User avatar #201 to #64 - gunthar (11/10/2013) [-]
look retard what where they supossed to do arrest him? leave him unprotected to be mugged ? I doubt that in any other place they would have arrested him. Yes we have a drug "problem" that doesn't mean you can bribe the city, your ignorance always makes me sad you probably think Bogotá looks like a mexican town or that Medellín is a jungle i just which people would look into things a little bit more before insulting a whole country.
User avatar #274 to #201 - yuukoku (11/10/2013) [-]
Dude, I'm not insulting anybody. Cops in general around the world accept bribes all the time. They're notorious for taking bribes in city areas. Besides, I never said that he was bribing them. People can pay a country or city for permission to do things like that.

Aside from that, yes. Your country has a big drug problem. You and I and everybody else know this. Does it make you any less of a person? No. Is it true? Yes. I didn't mean anything more than what the facts are. Don't take things so personally.
User avatar #284 to #274 - gunthar (11/10/2013) [-]
i guess is just a misunderstanding, is not that i take things to personal , is just that i have to take a lot of crap from people who just dont know what theire talking about, but you have to admit that you mentioned the " drug business" when the topic did not call for it.

#245 to #97 - serancahe (11/10/2013) [-]
No, it was real, the local police actually scorted him there, and the next day the local artirst spent made grafittis for 24 hours straight protesting because for them it's illegal and last year a young man was killed by an officcer for doing it in a forbidden zone, it was an irregularity by the officcer but still is disgusting.

I'm from Colombia, please excuse my english

I feel that people are outraged due to the fact that it's art to them, and they do it anonymously, though some leave signatures obviously not of their actual names, and they take pride in their work. Justin does it just so he can say he does it. Nor is he even good at it.

Graffiti should be about sending a message or for the art, not just to claim a wall or to let people know you exist.
