Leopard. Cheetahs have different markings, leaner build, and a longer tail. They're also not really ambush predators like leopards are.

Jaguar. Leopards have different markings, leaner build and about the same length on the tail

Jaguars have bigger spots than leopards and they are alittle more robust + that since that's a Caiman (which Encarna already pointed out), it can't be a Leopard since they only exist in africa and Caimans only exist in South america (together with jaguars)
