Gosh!! jjajaja! Funny! not the telemarketer's fault! it's a job! i just talk to those people about stuff or i just say stupid things and
then they hang up! haha!

Why is everyone applauding the guy? Screaming profanities at someone who is just trying to do their job isn't exactly heroic. He obviously
has some major anger/alcohol issues. Yeah, telemarketers are annoying, but that's no excuse to lose it like that.

I used to get inbound at the call center where I worked. I had people talk to me this way. I would listen to it for about a minute and put
them on hold. That made them even more pissed off.

sad thing is that the guy is just reacting to the state of telco's in the UK. I would say that public flogging of a couple of decisionmakers
would be the quickest way forward
