The anime is "Daily Lives of Highschool Boys."

I know this because my autistic friend showed it to me on his Ouya.

The scene actually ends with the girl getting super wet. In fact, her backpack actually contains a fanfic she wrote where some guy by a river had the power to control the winds hits on her.

Pic related: he is a pussy magnet.

I felt like the autism wasn't relevant at all, until you mentioned the Ouya.

What's wrong with Ouyas? Not being defensive or anything, I legit want to know because I didn't even know what they were until I had to google it after reading your comment. They seem sorta neat.

No games. Even the decent few games on it are either demos or once they're successful enough get ported to consoles. If you've ever seen or heard of a game called Towerfall, it started as an Ouya exclusive. Now that they've got the cash for it, they're making it for PSN.
