Did he really have to promise to grant 3 wishes? A lot of people would be fine with just helping out someone else.

Clearly you've never read this comic

The girl is a female version of Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes.

You are right I've never read that comic, though expecting a reward for helping him down when it's hardly an effort for you is being a douche act.

No, it's called being part of the "me generation" that these comics are mocking.

It's a comic, calm your autistic ass down.

Please tell me what's the autistic part of not being an asshole?
User avatar #28 to #27 - elcreepo (03/12/2014) [-]
No, here's the autistic part: you don't get that this is a comic. If everything made logical/moral sense or the kids were not dicks, it wouldn't be entertaining. Family circus sucks.

It's entertaining to watch this kid be self-absorbed and get into all sorts of antics, some of which have political undertones. But you don't get that, because you're too busy getting upset over whether or not a DRAWING'S action is an asshole or not.

See how you're being autistic?

jokexplain? I mean I get it more or less, but not quite how it's comparable to the stocks, other than screwing people over
#30 to #25 - jokexplain (03/12/2014) [-]
well, stock market brokers will encourage you to buy stock in a company that's struggling; because successful companies don't need convincing.
so they will tell you 'this company is struggling now, but it will be successful later on, it's guaranteed! and it's worth buying now because it's really cheap, and it won't be later on'
and when the average joe buys stock in the company, and it keeps plummeting after his purchase,
the rational response to that is 'duh, it was struggling! what did you expect'

Awesome, thanks.

Doubt you got permission to post this, but this guy definitely did a good job of incorporating satire and corruption into this comic.
