Thanksgiving is a holiday where you eat there's a reason behind this but nobody gives a **** and black friday is a massive sale the day after thanksgiving where a lot of people end up being trampled to death

Thanksgiving is the day where we celebrate the time the natives gave the pilgrims food, and then had a gigantic feast together.

Black Friday is the next day. It's the beginning of the Christmas shopping season, so a LOT of stores give out massive sales. This creates a rush to get into the store, so you end up with a lot of people camping out in front of stores, akin to when new apple products come out. When the stores open, people end up charging in, often trampling people, sometimes killing them.

tl;dr: we eat on thanksgiving and kill on black friday.

There's almost a week less than there usually is between Thanksgiving and Christmas, that's why things are starting earlier this year.

Fall begins on september 21.

Winter begins on december 21.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but november is before december, thus november=fall/autumn.

Yes it is but by your thanksgiving crops aren't good, frost kills them.

It seems like black friday is starting earlier and earlier every year, and then big businesses (usually republicans) complain that liberals are disrupting family bonding and such. But they don't mind making their employees work on holidays.

So don't be anonymous, and start a movement against it. It wouldn't be that hard to get a set time on black friday started, since even the shoppers are inconvenienced by it. Blame it on the stores, blame it on the shoppers, but this isn't political. I'll tell you, but I'll spoiler alert it from those that don't want to see, the problem. Humans are idiots, you only have two real choices when you you should have several, they lack the balls to actually do somthing,
