I hate that Chik-fil-A stopped donating to anti-gay organizations. And it's not because I'm homophobic. I'm not. I'm fine with gay people. But the balance has been thrown off. Nabisco came out in support of gay marriage, and then Chik-fil-A came out against it almost immediately after. It was like Godzilla vs. King Kong. But now Godzilla has forfeited, and so we just have this giant gorilla rampaging through the city. It's stupid.

So you hate...progress? I am confused, this seems like a good thing, more tolerance and stuff

Not more tolerance. The rep from Chik-fil-A said the reason they stopped the donations was because they realized that religious bias should be kept out of politics. They're still anti-gay, they just aren't actively opposing it anymore.

And after giving it some thought, I guess I lied. On some level, I do have a problem with homosexuality. Anyone who's talked to me enough on this site knows I'm an outspoken Christian. I don't support gay rights. But at the same time I don't support anti-gay rights either, because that would be judging. I'm neutral. Which brings me back to the idea of balance. In fact, you know what? I take back my comment. I'm not upset that Chik-fil-A stopped donating. Instead, I think Nabisco should stop donating as well.
