Who is this russian kid? I remember watching a video of him crying his eyes out over something that happened on his computer, but I don't remember his name

But unlike real asians, you can't actually read minds, so get the **** outta here, because you're fired.

Thank **** Facebook is back up.

I've had to phone 247 of my friends to tell them 'I hate work, I'm having a glass of wine and going to bed, lol'. It's taken me all night!

don't ******* be late. always make it a point to be at most 15 minutes early, and at least 10. that way you are less likely to be late cause of traffic or whatever other ******** excuse you had.

Well, I guess you could look at it as an opportunity to find a job under a far less ****** manager, so at least a little good came out of it.

I worked at a job for three months, then one monday, when I called to get my shifts, I was told I off that week. Did it the next, and the next, and the next, and the next. After that I didnt bother.

Turns out the manager hired her yolo douchebag friend over me because he decided to quit school at 16 and not do anything. They didn't tell me and I found that out myself.

My last job had a horrible boss and 3/4 supervisors who didn't even do their job. I actually got yelled at for doing my job by my retarded supervisor(he showed up to clock in, once to check on people, and another time to leave and hour early). My boss yelled at me for doing my job also saying I needed to wait for a supervisor to hand me a piece of paper with a name on it before helping said person off a plane when I would often just go down because the gate agents needed me to(which is my ******* job). My boss also paid us less than min wage and wanted us to look extremely professional and sent me home and wrote me up because the uniform shirt she gave me was to big and wrinkly. Spent over $100 on pants, shoes, belts for that and she kept finding new reasons to bitch at me. After months of being treated like ****, I quit.

Funny thing is tomorrow I'm going in to get hired for their competitors.

I've had the job from hell.

-Daily, they told you that you were company property.
-The owner said all the time that our paychecks were stealing food from his kids mouths, and that it's big government forcing him to pay us.
-I was injured (foot ran over by a palate jack), and the shift manager made me stay because I walked to the nurses office so I obviously faked it. (went to the emergency room after my shift and found I had cracked a bone in my foot. Doctor got me a week off, and I got workers comp, despite the company threatening to fire me if I cashed the workers comp check). Worked 8 hours on that foot.
-The company kept tabs on you via facebook, monitoring all your activity including the pages you liked and the pictures you shared. If you did anything they didn't like, you were given a stern talking to and threatened with your job if you liked anything the company didn't approve of.
-Constant double shifts (highly illegal in manufacturing. OSHA was contacted)

The EEOC has been notified...so maybe I can get some people together and form a lawsuit.

Why was I let go? Co-worker hated me because my cousins made fun of him in school because he was a land whale. As soon as he got promoted, He was out the door.

That sucks man. Sounds like you had it worse than me. On a side note, during the winter my boss called me in a lot. One time it was snowing so bad that planes couldn't land but it was so important I get there when there was someone 5 minutes away. My entire road was not plowed and I live at the end. My road is easily a mile. Almost hit a tree trying to get off my street. Give up tell my boss I can make it. She threatens me. Get there 2 hours late. Stay there for 4 hours. Takes 5 hours to afford gas to get to and from.

Another situation my boss kept yelling about my longish hair. She says it's unprofessional (pay me more than min wage and I'll look way better), but a supervisor has cornrows and the newest guy had a ridiculous ponytail that wasn't quite a ponytail (looked more like a bunnytail on the top of his head). My hair really wasn't that long and I was hired with longer hair. She threatens to send me home if I show up the next day without a haircut. Couldn't get a haircut that day since I got off around 9pm. Don't even bother going in because she would just send me home. Get called and yelled at for not going in. She constantly yelled at me about my hair. As soon as I found out she legally couldn't tell me to get a haircut, she stops.

I always showed up to work in my uniform. The newest guy for a whole month wore a jean jacket with a hood, but got no warnings. I got yelled at for my pants not being solid black. My pants were black with very thin white stripes.

Applied at a Chic-Fil-A once. As soon as I got home from filling it out, I got a call, asking if I could interview right away. Went in, and it was a great guy named Paul who said the store was slow so he had time. He saw I'd recently stopped college and asked me what the deal was, and we talked a long time. He told me at the end of the interview what he liked and what made him nervous, and then got the guy who owned the store and had him interview me as well, very candidly and conversationally.

I didn't get the job - they told me they weren't hiring then, but might be later - but it was still my best hiring manager experience.
