If you're too stupid to be able to stay in the pool and you can somehow afford a pool like the one in the content, you should invest in putting up some sort of fence or barrier around the edges.

Well you can. for about 9-10 inches the edge is just an low incline. I've walked right on the "edge" of the water where it spills off into the troph.

i meant in op's pic, the edge of that pool is just going to be a straight drop down if you're not paying attention.
