Not rehashed? The idea that everyone is weird in some way which negates some kind of standard normal doesn't sound like overused after school special to you. No i guess not, this unfunny cartoon is just too insightful to be a shitty piece of nothingness. I'm all for positive messages, but real ones that aren't thinly disguised unfunny comics. Let me guess each one of these positive comments was left by some under appreciated "unpopular" kid who has always felt the sting of being Weird until later in life they embraced their weird as what made them individuals instead of them realizing it was the social retardation that it was. A bunch of cheesy liberal sentiment is no substitute for real humor: humor and wit involve far more creativity.

Earth to dipshit, that was my original point: comics should be funny, and especially so if they really think that they should use it as a venue for promoting positive messages. Unfunny-comic those two shouldn't go together, no matter how positive the gay ass message is. Again if you really needed a comic to validate your views on your own "weirdness" then there is every reason to believe you should go fucking shoot yourself.
