I had a problem getting immersed in the story because of Firefly; I still enjoyed the music.

He got the thing he wanted but lost the other. It was a realistic ending. This was also written during the writers strike if I am not mistaken.

NOT EVEN JOKING my friend has a client who had a set of twins with two different fathers. The best part, one is fathered by the girls boyfriend and the other is fathered by the boyfriends cousin. Somehow she managed to **** both of them in one weekend and get pregnant from both dudes. I didn't even know this was possible but they did DNA tests and everything. I can't even comprehend how they could tell their kids the actual truth.

What? This is actually possible, and well documented. It's called 'fraternal twins', rather than 'identical'. Happens very frequently in cats.

fraternal twins is the result of the mother release two eggs at once and both are fertilized, not a set of twins with two different fathers

... Yes, and when both eggs are fertilized by different fathers, it would still be fraternal twins, correct?

yes, but the way you typed it would create the impression that the definition of fraternal twins is a set of twins with two different fathers, a shocking number of people have never heard of fraternal twins

I've had a forty hour work week and I'm tired. I care very little about idiots who didn't pay attention in sixth grade health class and didn't learn about the basic mechanics of twins. Let them wallow in their ignorance.
