what your "government" tells you to eat in order to avoid
obesity and heart disease.
The "government" doesn' t tell you however that it was well
known to germanic scientists for more than a century that
these foods are extremely fattening for a large partition of
the population.
Now of course all germanic science, except for what could be
quickly weaponised was ignored after WWY.
Vou may also be eating sugary cereals for breakfast or
between meals. This is of course recommended by the
government" and "health" associations.
But as before, they are just making you obese because they
hate "nazis".
Same thing with the sugar water. The Coca Cola
company may tell you that you are fat because you
watch TV too much.
Thats not it of course. Its their drink that makes you
Sugar and Carbohydrates
make you obese and weak.
What can you eat when all of the above foods are
making you fat; stupid and weak?
Well there is an answer to that.
Real food
Foods that are rich in fat are in fact healthy for you and do notdashie your
blood vessels and protect against cancer. Also they do not make you fat.
Once you stop eating corporate and government sponsored **** foods and
start eating actual food you will become the strong awn you
are designed to be.

Holy crap, has no one heard of moderation when it comes to the diet? We're omnivores; we're designed to eat a wide variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables and grains in addition to high-protein, high-fat feedstuffs. Yes, the processed stuff is crap, but sugars and carbohydrates in appropriate proportions are required to make your body function the way it's supposed

And either way, the "government propaganda" you refer to has nothing to do with ******* Nazis. American agriculture is just designed to create a ridiculous surplus of corn, and that **** needs to go somewhere: Either directly into your gullet, or into the unhealthy, hormone-clogged, grain-choked feedlot cattle you endorse consuming.

Except people are stupid and OP is a fag and you should STILL not eat too much fat, Every meal you eat, make it 40% of calories from protein, 35 from complex carbs (not bread, grains or sugar but rather fruits and vegetables), 25 from fat. GOOD fat, not all butter, egg yolks, and animal fat. Olive oil, sunflower seeds, flax, nuts. Don't be a tool, use the internet for something besides porn.
