The people in Vancouver may have rioted for a stupid reason, but theres probably more violence on Black Friday in America than there was at the riot. At least no one died at the riot...Goddammit America.

I sat there staring at the heart shaped balloon in the second picture thinking it was a circle drawn around what I was supposed to look at....

tbh, I hate these jokes.
But I don't mind if it's happily ended, like comment #40

Ha ha, so funny....

"Florida National Guard Deputy Commander Brig. Gen. Stephen Villacorta, right, presents the flag that draped the casket of Army Spc. Robert Wise to family members during funeral services at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va., Monday, Nov. 24, 2003. Wise, a member of the Florida National Guard, was killed Nov. 12 when his squad came under attack during a patrol in Baghdad."

i'll be honest, i can have a twisted sense of humor but this isn't funny making a joke out something like this

I totally agree! I just happened to look up the kid on facebook. Looks like he´s doing really well, and got a timeline photo of his fathers grave... I know this is a "funny site" and all, but c´mon guys.. show some respect.
User avatar #87 to #73 - crazycommando (09/15/2013) [-]

I refuse to feel anything for the girl being hit by the riot shield. For ***** sake, YOU RIOTED OVER A HOCKEY GAME.
User avatar #59 to #54 - FuckYouFatBen (09/14/2013) [-]
EXACTLY Like i really don't care about that picture in particular. Everything else is so heartwarming, and reveals the light in Man's darkest hour...But that one picture, is a riot over a ******* hockey game.
User avatar #70 to #59 - onceman (09/14/2013) [-]
Yeah but the picture is just glowing with passion and intimacy a riot is a dark time, and with all that chaos, her boyfriend just does something a regular boyfriend wouldn't think of doing, just laying with her.
User avatar #72 to #70 - FuckYouFatBen (09/14/2013) [-]
Yeah I understand that, and it is a valid point. But it just overall ruins the feeling of the post.

Why is the main street in Paris lined with trees?

So the Germans can march in the shade.

How did they take a photo from the moon in 1968 if the first landing was in '69?

That was apollo 8, apollo 8 went around the moon, those astronauts never landed on the moon. It was apollo 11 which landed on the moon.

It's pretty obvious he's not standing ON the moon... Jesus Christ, he's orbiting.
#6 to #2 - anon (09/14/2013) [-]
Apollo 8 orbited the Moon, it didn't land. That photo was taken from orbit.

Can I ask a question about race, with no racist intentions? Why do allot of black people from third world countries have yellowish sclera(the part of the eye that is normally white)? I ask because of the Sudanese feel pic, among others I have seen. Again, no racist intention. Genuine curiosity.
