"Stay healthy by drinking water, exercising, and sleeping."

Thank you, I didn't know that.

I love how trough the years I've browsed funnyjunk, I've seen tons of motivation and inspiration posts like this that could help my life get all better, but I'm still a lazy and messy ******** .

I don't like graphs like these a lot.

They often propose things that are common sense. That's acceptable.
But then they list things and you supposedly just have to believe them. Just.. make top 3 tasks. Why not top 5? or one top task and many smaller in priority? etc.

It starts mimicking religion, where you jsut have to believe what you are told without any explanations.
Also I think this would be actually used by people, if it actually said "Drink water in the morning. It will a) allow the body to start absorbing the water that you expelled through sweating during your sleep b) will indusce a temperature showk to your gut and your heart will rise your bloodpressure similar to when you drink coffee.... " etc

"End your day with 10 minutes of reflection and personal evaluation."

...I already do at least 6 hours of that every day. I don't think another 10 minutes will help.

#6, the best way to reflect upon yourself, by my opinion, is in the dark.
In the dark, there's no reflection of you, no image of the immediate future, nor the present. You can recall perfectly what you have done, what you will do, and how you are going to do it.
