In the dark, there's no reflection of you, no image of the immediate future, nor the present. You can recall perfectly what you have done, what you will do, and how you are going to do it.

Water? **** that, when you wake up eat an apple, it's much more effective than a cup of coffee, last longer and doesn't give you that down feeling you get a few hours after you drink coffee
