except the iphone is $200. $300, and $400... I swear you guys will believe anything.

Most likely with a plan, an unlocked version of the phone with no plan would make this price believable.

You need to login to view this link

However, I'm assuming outside of apple (wholesale prelaunch sellers) are the ones selling for 1200, while apple, for a barebones version of the iphone unlocked 64gb is 850.00, count in any extras (probably a thunderwhatever to 30pin adapter to make use of your old usb/charging connections. etc etc) and you'll only get closer and closer to that 1200.

Say again?
Pic very related.

The very fact that you were on this ******* page is pathetic, yes it's not 1200 but you easily saw how it's 850.00 barebones. Don't cherrypick data.

All i did was go on apple.com and take a screenshot of the price of an iphone 5s... I don't see how that's cherrypickng

It's that cheap with a contract.
When you buy it unlocked (so you own it with no regulations) it costs around these prices. Don't be an idiot.

The prices for a contracted model yes, and right below it is the uncontracted models that are much higher in price than what you said. You cherrypicked the prices that made you right, when there were ones directly below it that proved you wrong.

honestly i was looking at the iPhone 5 yesterday and remembered that i saw prices like 1/3 the prices in the content so I took it upon myself to call everyone stupid, I didn't even bother scrolling down because buying an unlocked iphone from apple is the equivalent of taking a dildo up your butt
User avatar #269 to #264 - noblexfenrir (09/14/2013) [-]
Yes because locking yourself into a basically forced contract with forced data package and what not roughly making plans with either or those companies $90+ for 2 years ($2160 for a full contract), or buying an unlocked one (or how about not a ******* iphone?) and getting a much cheaper outside package for 40-60 dollars effectively cutting your bill in half and saving well over the price of the phone in that same 2 year package.

You were wrong mate, all I'm saying is you called everyone stupid and you were the one being a ******* moron. Simple as that.

Again, scroll 2 inches lower and by price is right rules, you lost horribly.
User avatar #251 to #248 - shroomftw (09/14/2013) [-]
oh jesus. but still it's not 1200 like previously stated
#263 to #251 - exxcezz (09/14/2013) [-]
And it isnt 400 as you stated.
User avatar #266 to #263 - shroomftw (09/14/2013) [-]
i didnt even realize he was talking about unlocked
User avatar #259 to #251 - noblexfenrir (09/14/2013) [-]
Well obviously for users like exxcezz the transfer rates and international situation is making it close to that. However, I said the common price wasn't 1200, but more around 850-900. You said it was 2-3-400 dollars and therefor people will believe anything, when the freaking phone is double what you thought it was.

My lord man, the tabs.
#260 to #246 - exxcezz (09/14/2013) [-]
What about the tabs?
If you look at my startbar you can see I have more chromes open. So that's only ½ of the currently opened tabs.
User avatar #265 to #260 - noblexfenrir (09/14/2013) [-]
Goddamn my brain would nag at me until I basically restarted my comp if I had that much open.
#268 to #265 - exxcezz (09/14/2013) [-]
Im afraid of closing the tabs. I dunno if theres something important or something I need on the tabs. So I leave them open.

However it always results in me restarting without checking them first.
So I unintentionally close them >.<
User avatar #272 to #268 - noblexfenrir (09/14/2013) [-]
I can agree with that, especially when sometimes my browser decides to remembers my **** and I think it will always do it (I don't know why, it never does) so I restart again, and it all disappears.
