I wish H.P.Lovecraft was alive in this time, only because I think that if he saw the grand influence his works had, every piece of literature, horror, and fantasy that was inspired from his creations, all the jokes and spin-offs and subtle touches that came with the popularity, he would finally see just how much he deserves to feel good about himself, and how he was always worth it.

I would just like to see him (and let's face it, every other 'sad-genius' type of artist or creator) happy, knowing that the world is better for them existing

I haven't read any of those, but I do now. What would you recommend?

Well he's my favourite author, so my bias would say all of it is good. However, if you want to go about the Cthulhu Mythos, I would recommend: At The Mountains of Madness, The Call of Cthulhu, The Shadow Over Innsmouth, and The Whisperer in Darkness.

For Horror, I would recommend The Rats in The Walls, The Colour Out of Space, and The Picture in The House

For feels, I would recommend The Garden, and The Outsider
