If i remember correctly, wasn't that on a loading screen of either cod 4 or mw?

Niko Bellic said that quote during the very first mission on GTA IV.
Not sure if it was said on CoD or not.

I'm not doubting that. I just feel like i've read that on a screen before and I've never played GTA.

I knew it. I knew I had seen it before.
"Older men declare war. But it is the youth that must fight and die."
— Herbert Hoover
Yes, different. But it's the same idea and remember,
"A man may die, nations may rise and fall, but an idea lives on."

It would be nice if Obama and whoever the **** he has a problem with could just extend massive heavy artillery weapons from their penises, and just fire in all directions until either one dies.

Alot of the money that the government pays for these things with goes into researching new technology, its much easier to keep new developments quiet if they buy stuff at an inflated cost rather than going through endless red tape and bureaucracy in order to give companies research grants.

Targeting and guiding tech as well as stabilization and some other ******** . While that might make add up to quite a bit of money, I don't think the missile itself costs 80, 000 dollars. Maybe both the launcher and the missile cost that much, but even still...

#146 to #57 - anon (09/09/2013) [-]
Better? America will buy? Hahaha silly people who think military gear is "top of the line" because it's used by the military... Military gear is what is cheap and what can be bought in bulk. Quality is not a specification for military gear... Semi-functional is combat ready...

Except that Javelins aren't designed to kill "a guy". If soldiers ran around shooting javelins at people, they wouldn't be deployed very long. Javelins are used to destroy vehicles and structures, which more often than not, cost more than a Jav rocket.

I like firing the M32. cant take out a tank with it but you can **** someone's world up and put a 40mm HEDP round in a window easy at 200 meters. HEDP rounds are about 8 dollars a pop too. 6 shots as fast as you can pull the trigger
User avatar #133 to #23 - BowChickaBowWow (09/09/2013) [-]
Of all the rounds I got to fire, I liked the buckshot the most. The airburst round was a close second, though I'm sure a thermobaric would've taken the cake over any of them.
Would've been fun to have gotten to fire a M32 instead of a 203, though.

pretty sure 44 mm grenades cost a lot more then 8 bucks. You ever actually use that thing in country, either? 203 overall is faster, as reloading the M32 takes a long ass time, and if you ever see enough afghanis that you can actually use 6 grenades on em at once, you've wandered into some serious **** .
Also, M32 is heavy and awkward as balls to carry as extra gear.
User avatar #118 to #81 - semperkillusmc (09/09/2013) [-]
ammo tech said they are around 8 bucks each. and yes my main weapon is the M16with the 203 but the M32 is great in the defense or if you are going somewhere you know ur gonna need the firepower.
