It was terrible, indeed. But I laughed a lot so that saves it. I can still remember my fathers face when Batman and Robin jumped from the helicopter with surfboards or whatever. He was like "WHAT THE **** ?"
User avatar #32 to #28 - sanguinesolitude (08/24/2013) [-]
it really is hilarious if you watch it while waiting for the awful puns and jokes. Mr freeze is ******* off the chain hilarious.

also did you know that alfred in that movie ended up with the same disease as his wife, and that poison ivy took his wife off life support and he finally had a cure in which in the end gave to batman to save alfred who was batgirls uncle
User avatar #63 to #57 - sanguinesolitude (08/24/2013) [-]
yeah because freeze only was being a douche to save his wife.
#95 to #63 - reaperslayer (08/25/2013) [-]
but think if he had released the cure for immunity to his crimes he could be redeemed as well and at the time his wife was one of the only people with this disease, so he was a mad scientist for a purpose, also in the batman cartoons around the 1990's -2005 there was a cartoon batman where the penguin tried becoming good and re-entering society in which ended bad cause he found out just how bad society was when he fell in love and someone else lied about her and blablabla i mean harley quinn started as a psycologist, and ended up falling in love with the joker when she was just wanting to write a book bout him

That Last Image I just Imagine Batman patting Mr. Freeze on the back looking at his wife's grave. Batman leans in and whispers.... " Keep your eyes on the fries, kid."
#41 - senorfrog (08/24/2013) [-]
You know, I never understood why Batman couldn't just pay for Freeze to have a facility and fund his research to save his wife and others, just stopped him after the first crime and offer to help him. Instead Batman throws him in jail and has a short feeling of doing good.
User avatar #43 to #41 - klokwork (08/24/2013) [-]
Because then he would have to use money he owned as Bruce Wayne. So freeze would know his identity.
User avatar #44 to #43 - senorfrog (08/24/2013) [-]
Could say he "knows a friend" like he does the other way around telling others he knows Batman.
User avatar #45 to #44 - klokwork (08/24/2013) [-]
Then Batman's an asshole.
#46 to #45 - senorfrog (08/24/2013) [-]
Yeah he is ha
User avatar #47 to #41 - thewowpimp (08/24/2013) [-]
Because Freeze will kill for his wife. If Freeze could kill a thousand to save his wife, he actually might.

He is not sane and is dangerous. Wherever him and his research goes, trouble and death follows.

The dude is right, but why are "psychiatrists" so gay sounding and act ******* weird. I would rather be in a room with Zazz than a psychiatrist.

Wasn't Nora dead when Freeze and Batman met the first time?
In TAS she was dead as far as I understood atleast.

[Batman watches the tape of Ferris Boyle wounding Victor Fries]
Batman: My God!
Mr. Freeze: Yes.
[Batman turns around to see Mr. Freeze pointing his ice gun at him]
Mr. Freeze: It would move me to tears... If I still had tears to shed.
[Freeze pulls the trigger on the gun and ice sprays towards the camera]

I disagree with the title. Actions are what define you. As much as I like Mr. Freeze, he should still be considered a villian. He hurt many people to save one. If he had truly been a "good person" he would have tried to help her without breaking the law, or at least without killing or harming anyone. The end doesn't justify the means.

Nobody judges you by what you think, they'll all judge you by what you do or don't. Which, how it should be. For example, if you see a person being bullied and you don't help them but you feel bad, this doesn't mean you're bad but you aren't the good person you see yourself as. Now this is a really bad example, but maybe you catch my drift. This is all IMO so don't feel offended or anything.

This is why i love the villains in batman. not all of them just do it for ***** and giggles like joker. alot of them have ulterior motives. hell even the joker had a wife and kid, that he loved more than life. add an abusive father figure and you've got more than enough reason for a man to loose his **** ,and one of DC's most tragic characters.. :...(
