Hey, did you know that the Adoring Fan from Oblivion is the same as Cicero? It says so in his journal! It seems like a coincidence right but it's not! There's no way it's just a coincidence! Omg.

The champion of Cyrodiil became Sheogorath a deadric prince/princess who lives forever so when Cicero/Adoring fan killed him/her they were transported to new sheoth Also elves live long lives so that accounts for Cicero living long enough.

1 - Cicero is an Imperial
2 - You cannot become a daedric prince, I am sure that the Champion was in charge of the SHivering Isles for a time, but Sheogroath could just as easily be the original SHeogorath, as there is no reference to Jyggalag in Skyrim
3 - Few elves live to the age of 230, the only ones I can think of that live that long are mages, not assassins, given assassins normally end up with a sword to the gut

Elves do live for hundreds of years.
Elves can expect to live for 1,000 years. The last known living Dwemer is atleast 2,100 years old to have survived the disappearance of the Dwemer in 1E 700.

It is heavily implied that the Champion of Cyrodiil is the Sheogorath seen in Skyrim as I believe he mentioned seeing Martin transforming and also referencing the side quests of Oblivion such as a Fox (Thieves' Guild, Gray Fox) , a severed head (Dark brotherhood, Mathieu Bellamont's mother's head ), "Cheese for everyone" (Notable quote by Oblivion's Sheogorath), butterflies (start of Shivering Isles). As well as this, there is no evidence that suggests that something happened to Sheogorath between the events of Shivering Isles and Skyrim.

The last Dwemer is infected with Corprus and is therefore immortal but horribly deformed and losing his mind.

House Dagoth only introduced Corprus sometime within a few hundred years of the events of Morrowind.

Yagrum Bagarn was in another dimension for a time (hence how he escaped the destruction of the rest of his race).
It's never really explained how he lived long enough to become infected with Corprus, it's quite possible that time flowed differently in the dimension he was in.

The only evidence of ancient elves are Altmer Mages
House Telvanni Mages
A Dwemer forger (mage)

There is no evidence to suggest that a wood elf can live that long, not to mention that if they could, those ages are only ever reached by mages, and powerful ones at that, though anything is possible.
EXCEPT for the fact that they are different races.

Not to mention that Sheogorath was doomed to forever continue the Grey march, and it is completely that after the mortal champion died, the Grey March resumed, since it is unlikely that the power of the other Daedric Princes would be undone by stopping him once.
The Sheogorath thing is kind of weak, but if people want to seriously believe that Cicero is the adoring fan, then they are retarded.

Not to mention the main character form Oblivion assumes the role of Sheogorath (as far as I understand) following Shivering Isles.

Daedric prince, Champion of Cyrodiil, Master of the Fighter's Guild,Archmage of the Mage's Guild, Listener of the Dark Brotherhood, Grand Champion of the Arena, Gray Fox of the Thieve's Guild, Divine Crusader of the Knights of the Nine, oh and he's a Blade.

The Hero of Kvatch is rather badass.

Exactly. However, I've heard some arguments that the CoC/HoK could not be Master, Archmage, Listener, and Grey Fox. These are all choices. But for the mainquest of Oblivion and the DLC, you -must- become a Blade, the Hero, and Sheo.

No, it's just an Easter Egg.
Cicero is an Imperial, not a Wood Elf. Even if he did disguise himself as a Wood Elf he still would have died over 100 years before Skyrim even starts because Imperials don't live that long. It's nothing more than a reference to the Adoring Fan from Oblivion.
I hope I didn't come across as a douche but just wanted to let you know that you have been misinformed.

actually, age is about willpower.

for example mages have lived more than 200 years or so, regardless of race.

Of course willpower would have a factor, but different races still live different amounts of time. Human races would live to around 70 if they're upperclassmen whilst rich Elves would "begin to show signs of age" at around 700.

Yes, because in a world of dragons, werebears, werewolves, zombies, ghosts, portals to other dimensions and demons, extra long lives are too unrealistic.

Tiber Septim died at 108 and he was the oldest man in recorded history. A common Dunmer may expect to reach something around 200, noble ones can reach much higher ages like 400 years. A Bosmer probably lives less as their blood is more closely related to humans. Altmer are the longest living, probably being able to live for a whole millennium or close.

With the help of vampirism or necromancy, any race could reach hundreds if not thousands of years though, but that's it.

A common Bosmer/Imperial with no known magical powers whatsoever would most likely not be able to live from Oblivion to Skyrim and still be able to fight.

But what if Cicero is pretending to be an Imperial?

What if Cicero is in fact a Wood Elf, but understands the best way to protect his identity is by pretending to be an Imperial? After all, a Wood Elf can live for hundreds of years, and Cicero is an illusionist, so it's not hard for him to make people think what he wants.

He could commit the perfect murder.
