Yeah really, in the book it was much more dramatic, never cared about fred n george, they were minor characters
User avatar #204 to #119 - exhaustedheadcase (08/08/2013) [-]
i said what i said
hedwig was innocent and such a cool bird
in my mind in sadness it goes
hedwig
dobby
fred
lupin and tonks
fred is so low because he died in a major battle, casualties were to be expected and even though it depresses me at least he got to go down fighting

Fun fact: Hagrid was inspired by a real person. J.K. Rowling was in a pub and a huge, bearded man walked in with his biker gang and sat next to her. The only thing he talked to her about was how well his cabbages were growing that year.

Hagrid's the man!

Really? I cut out the image out of a comic that I found HERE and edited the text. Tha's all. It's from the "Yer a wizard, hulk" one.

Yep, look at comment #65 and #10 for proof. I guess rolling users is so much more uncommon than rolling images that when people see blablabla rolled whatever and a picture next to it they automatically think he rolled an image

Hi. You're going to call off your rigorous investigation. You're going to publicly state that there is no order of the phoenix. Or... these guys are going to take your balls. They're going to send one to the Ministry of Magic, one to the Witches Cauldron Times press-release style. Look, the wizards you are after are the wizards you depend on. We cook your meals, we haul your rubbish, we connect your owls, we drive your nimbus. We guard you while you sleep. Do not... **** with us.

I didn't cry at all in the movie, because I saw it coming, the book however are a different story.

Fred and George talking to each other
Fred's Death
Tonks and Lupin
Snape's death and memories
Hedwig's death

It was a very emotional book.

none... I laughed my ass off at some really ******* absurd bits and was disappointed with the rest.

books were better and even they weren't anything powerful enough to actually make me cry. Maybe feel a little crappy but nowhere near tears.

I honestly didn't at any point.
Even after watching all movies growing up, I just could not care for Snape as a character.
And I was distracted by the amount of disappointing magic use in the movies..
Not enough creative spell work, too much "PEW PEW magic gun wands!"

literally as soon as they started protecting the school i dont think i stopped crying. if it wasnt because of someone dying or some sad moment or because of the music it was because it was the last one and it was all coming to an end. I also cried a few times when i looked at harry's face and remembered he had no parents and he was so happy to be a wizard to change his life from what it was but then he had the hardest school life anyone could ever have, really. Just a lot of crying.

honestly I cried when Snape died, Fred's death was really hard to take, and there were some other characters that bite it in the books, but Snapes death was really in the book and in the movie was really tragic

Snape dying, Fred dying, the part with the pensive and Snape's memories, "After all this time? Always."
Going to the other movies, I cried when Cedric died as well.
User avatar #66 to #31 - ButtonFly ONLINE (08/07/2013) [-]
For some reason I can't cry when it comes to movies. I might get a little misty-eyed sometimes but there was never a movie that drove me to tears.
Books on the other hand, entirely different story.
Fred's death got me real good. Snape shocked me but when I read through his memories and gave it all a chance to sink in I did start crying. Lupin and Tonks got me to but I was having trouble reading that entire portion when Harry was surveying all the bodies anyway.
