When teachers do anything video related it annoys me.
They leave the video open, literally hours before the class, to ensure that it works straight away without buffering.
If it then doesn't work in under 3 seconds, they decide that it'll never work and turn it off.
However, if it does work, they play it in the lowest resolution, like, lower than I thought possible, and on the smallest possible screen, and leave the mouse directly in the centre of the video so that the progress bar covers another 1/4 of the screen.
