Ive seen those things, whats the point?
#91 to #87 - troynis (08/02/2013) [-]
They are more commonly used by body builders because it is beneficial to be barefoot during a dead lift or squat as it provides better posture and allows you be closer to the ground. Because most gyms don't allow you to work out bare foot this is why these are used as an alternative.

Unfortunately I couldn't find that particular one, but here's a pretty similar one :p

Oh, you are talking about Lés Miserables. Amazing book.
User avatar #43 to #42 - awesomeguyTS (08/02/2013) [-]
Unfortunately I have yet to read the book, but it is an amazing musical and movie in my opinion but I was hoping someone would get the reference
User avatar #45 to #43 - minorian (08/02/2013) [-]
I haven't seen the movie (yet), but do read the book! It's my favorite book by far! Actually, my username is lesmiserables, but I shifted to this user just a few hours ago, because it's older.
User avatar #47 to #45 - awesomeguyTS (08/02/2013) [-]
Yeah, I've become a bit of a theatre nerd as of recent, so I'd definitely recommend seeing the musical or movie if you haven't, there's a lot of good music personally, I like the 25th anniversary version the best
User avatar #48 to #47 - minorian (08/02/2013) [-]
I live in Denmark, so I'd have to travel a long way to see some decent theater.
#203 to #48 - anon (08/02/2013) [-]
Pff. Det Nye Teater opførte en fantistisk Les Miserables for nogle år tilbage.

Præcis, og jeg bor i Frederikshavn, så bare rejseudgifterne bliver næsten 500.
User avatar #49 to #48 - awesomeguyTS (08/02/2013) [-]
Well, I know the 25th anniversary is floating around youtube, and community theatre is never all that bad, as well as theres probably some kind of theatre where you live, and its bound to turn up around where you live sooner or later, its a popular show
User avatar #50 to #49 - minorian (08/02/2013) [-]
I'd looked around for it a bit, but couldn't find anything less than 100 km away, but I'm young and it's a classic... I'll get around it sometime.

Damn, his legs. He definitely skipped Leg Day.
User avatar #200 to #80 - youraccountsucks (08/02/2013) [-]
But every day is upper body day.
User avatar #232 to #80 - bluerangermartin (08/02/2013) [-]
His legs are muscular, you can see his quad protruding. If he turns his leg sideways then you will see all the muscle. I hate people who always say 'skipped leg day' on every ****** thing and they dont even lift.
User avatar #242 to #232 - ironblood (08/02/2013) [-]
Who says I don't lift? It's a joke, man, c'mon.
#233 to #80 - newall (08/02/2013) [-]
his thighs are actually quite large, the way his shorts have lifted makes it look as-though they are very thin.
User avatar #146 to #80 - snearox (08/02/2013) [-]
His legs looked pretty damn toned to me.
User avatar #181 to #146 - carnagejc (08/02/2013) [-]
Toned but not muscular.

As a person who also skips leg-day it does look to me as if he does.

At least put into context, look how built his upper body is...
User avatar #84 to #80 - Mward (08/02/2013) [-]
Friends don't let friends skip leg days.

Oh **** The Wolverine was awesome.
They made us stay inside the theater until after the credits, to which I am thankful.
God, I'm excited for "Days of Future Past".

User avatar #54 to #36 - taxideataxus (08/02/2013) [-]
If he just dead lifted that much weight he's doing plenty of work on leg day. Don't worry.

That rype of lift is for your back and hamstrings there fore it has has
almost nothing to do with leg day
