They are more commonly used by body builders because it is beneficial to be barefoot during a dead lift or squat as it provides better posture and allows you be closer to the ground. Because most gyms don't allow you to work out bare foot this is why these are used as an alternative.

His legs are muscular, you can see his quad protruding. If he turns his leg sideways then you will see all the muscle. I hate people who always say 'skipped leg day' on every ****** thing and they dont even lift.

Having big ass quads isn't necessarily a sign of strength, my quads are of a decent diameter in my own opinion but I wouldn't say I am necessarily that strong as I train for size not strength. All about that contraction mate

Toned but not muscular.

As a person who also skips leg-day it does look to me as if he does.

At least put into context, look how built his upper body is...

Well, I know the 25th anniversary is floating around youtube, and community theatre is never all that bad, as well as theres probably some kind of theatre where you live, and its bound to turn up around where you live sooner or later, its a popular show

Doing a deadlift hardly uses your arms aside from the biceps and triceps acting as minor stablisers, if anything of the arms it's mostly forearms. As for the rest, well just look up a picture to see, or actually do a deadlift.
