I feel bad for only just now realizing Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door was the second entry in the series while looking through the comments. Was the first one any good? Also, what console was it for?

The first one when it came out was amazing! It really had virtually no flaws for a true turn based rpg made of paper. And the thousand year door only improved in every way. SPM lost the turn based fighting but still was very entertaining with a driven story. The new one on 3ds has mixed reviews and though full of content seems to lack the sparkles of the past. Paper mario on 64 is my most favorited game of all time and ive played it countless times when I was young.

Before I bought my N64, i used an emulator. It doesn't give near the good experience, but nice at letting you play the games. If you wanna test it out try out Cool Rom.

They got tons of N64 Roms and multiple emulators. Plus other old systems or as new as the older DS.

Yeah, I never had a N64 growing up, so I use emulators. I still haven't played much, just the two Zelda titles, Super Mario 64, & Super Smash Bros.

Check this Out.

I volunteered at a Salvation Army Thrift Store for school service project, and finished all their work early so all we had left was "test" their electronics and games to see if they worked. Found a N64 there with 2 controllers and Majoras Mask. Came back afterwards and bought them all for just $20.

The N64 itself was crap, had lots of issues like audio bugging out or not connecting video to TV sometimes. It worked which was nice.

Fast forward 2 months, I am at a Retro Gaming store selling tons of N64, and i look to the right to find a gorgeous, marvelous, spaghetti-pouring-out-of-mouth sight ever. Limited Edition Green Tinted Transparent N64. Salesman traded my crappy N64 and a gunked up controller For the Limited Edition N64 with its Limited Edition Controller for just $10 more.

I also got a PS Vita from there for just $80. My new favorite store.

I could probably go and get one for like $50, but I'm trying to save up a bit for the upcoming Wii U/3DS games. Also, how the **** do you hold that controller? It has 3 handles, but I only have 2 hands...

Or, if you're a real manly man, wrap your dick around the middle handle and alternate and erection to move the joystick.

But you know, gotta be a real manly man to do that.

Well, the game developers were pretty cool, so for most games you don't need anything on the left handle except the trigger.

So: Left Hand - Middle Handle and Right Hand - Right Handle

Anon is wrong. Paper Mario originally came out on Nintendo 64. To put it blunt, it was orgasmic, amazing, cum-in-my pants worthy. I spent some Summer nights renting it from the Video Store the town over, because it was that ******* amazing, and it was a rare game to find in NA at the time. You need to play it.
