Teen Titan's Go, because the ********* thought the only reason people liked the show were silly gags. What's that? The well written characters and serious plot arcs? No, there's no way that watching an episode that makes us question whether Robin was truly facing Slade was a true attack or merely Robin slowly losing his mind and mutilating himself was something people wanted to watch, it was Beast Boy's ****** jokes everyone was interested in! What's that about the part where a girl struggling with insecurity about her own powers that have the capability of destroying cities and killing hundreds by accident (and it's implied that it has already happened in the past) being slowly influenced by a madman into eventually turning the only people she considered her friends into enemies attempting to stop her reign of terror, and eventually seals herself in stone (the equivalent of suicide, at least the closest a kids show can allow) in order to put an end to all the suffering she had brung? Nope, we need more episodes about making magical sandwiches.

See this is the problem, they know what people have liked in the past and attempt to create that same feel... What they fail to grasp is why they liked it. It's like they found out someone liked their ribs with fries on the side, and thus the next time someone orders it just gives them a big bowl of nothing but gravy for the fries, fries the customer never gets because they're too thick to think "maybe the customer liked the ribs and fries WITH the gravy on the side"

The old Cartoon Network sucked because it had DBZ on it.

Any network with DBZ on it sucks.

I know it is Disney and not Cartoon Network, but Dave the Barbarian was sooooo funny too.. I can still laugh at this kind of humour!

Probably going to get thumbed down for this but, I didn't think Teen Titans Go was all that bad. I mean, I loved the original but, I think this is a good way to make it more comedic rather than serious like the first

You wanna know why that is there? Because they have to invest money in the shows that ARE doing extremely well right now (Regular Show, Gumball, Adventure Time), and attracting kids, not nostalgic teenagers and adults. The only reason they are even having things like this is because everyone complains about getting more episodes of shows they miss, but they can only devote so much attention and you get things of a lesser quality. Just be glad there are good new shows on there, and it isn't like it was in 2009.

I actually thought teen titans go was pretty funny, and if you take it at face value, it was nice little reminder that cartoon network knows it's older fans are there and trying to give them a small labor of love while not taking it's focus away from it's target audiences.

You guys do realize the PPG 2013 stuff is just a special right? Not a reboot or new series. Just a special. A special done by the original cast and one of the episode directors from the original show to be exact. The art style is just stylized differently. I myself am indifferent about it as long as the feel of previous episodes is kept.

This **** is why I don't want stuff like Megas XLR or Samurai Jack to return, even though neither of the series was really finished. I'd rather remember the good times and not have those memories blurred by modern reinterpretations. Besides, we all know the soccer moms'll be all over both and the makers'll cave in and make them more "child friendly". **** that.

So... they should bring something back because adults, the complete opposite of their target group wants something? Believe me, I'd like the good ol' days back as well, but those guys need to make money in order to create stuff. Money they won't get if they basically do something entirely for a non-target group.

Pic could be related. Somehow.
