Actually, Pluto was reclassified as a Dwarf Planet. Still a planet.

Not true. On Mars it takes 90 seconds to die.

Nothing's worse than being aware that people say weight when they mean mass. It's the 21st century, people!
User avatar #62 to #57 - leglesslegolegolas (07/27/2013) [-]
Pretty sure they still mean weight. Weight is the measure of gravitational pull on your body, which is the varying factor here.

Never understood how Pluto cant be considered a planet and yet Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune, which are mostly gasious, can
User avatar #75 to #73 - anomorphous (07/27/2013) [-]
because planets are two types. Gas giants, and terrestrial. Pluto is A. a ball of ice and carbon, basically a huge comet, and B. occupies the Kuiper belt, which means it's basically a large Keiper belt object

You could probably stay conscious long enough on the surface of Mars
to step outside and onto a set of scales and then make it inside again.

I thought Mars' gravity was weaker than Earth's?

**tobistrigoivii rolled a random image posted in comment #4129101 at Items ** I sometimes worry that gravity will no longer affect me and I will drift up, up, up and get stuck in the rings of Saturn.

It's pretty neato to tell fat people "you're how much I weigh on Jupiter".
User avatar #184 to #178 - threadz (08/09/2013) [-]
what do you mean by "on Jupiter"? You would be crushed and torn apart into various gasses long before reaching its small rocky core.
