You're really only dead as long as you're remembered, and after that you're nothing. Death happens, and then you're dead. But what is dead? at what point are you not dead anymore? Once you're no longer remembered to you matter enough to be considered dead? Maybe this is where the "restless spirit" thing comes from

Reincarnation - Living is still the longest thing unless there's some big ass queue to get back to the living.

Heaven - yup longer than life

Hell - Longer than life

Atheism - experience nothing after death, life was longer.

Atheism has nothing to do with the afterlife. Atheism is merely lack of belief in a God. You can be an atheist and believe in an afterlife, or be unsure of one.
