ending all suffering would strip meaning from action, resulting in the halt of all progress for mankind, the end of our future, and our eventual de-evolution. No thanks, I won't push that button, but not because I care about being identified, rather, because ending all suffering without struggle is not of benefit to humanity.

It goes against humanity's very nature to not struggle. It is the struggle that defines us, gives us strength, and without that struggle we will become as all the other animals on this planet, doomed to die off and have no significant impact on the universe. Why would you actively choose that, when instead you can fight, struggle, learn, explore, and humanity might eventually crest the stars and transcend our current existence. The suffering has a purpose.

Of course other animals suffer, what are you high? My point is that an animal that does not suffer has nothing to struggle against, all of it's actions will feel meaningless. As such, it would lose it's drive to survive, reproduce, and in the special case of humans who have dynamic reasoning ability, we would lose our drive to innovate, explore, and use our minds. Why try if you will never suffer? It would cause an ultimate form of nihilism that would result in the non-suffering demise of our species. That's basic biology chaos. An existence without suffering is an existence without motivating factors, and it would destroy humanity.

none of which will matter anymore. If you experience curiosity, you suffer for not knowing. Such suffering is gone. If you experience hunger, you suffer for not having food. such suffering is gone. If you experience Jealousy, you suffer for not having the love someone else has. That suffering is gone. Etc, Etc...
